Etymology
ギリシャ語の optikos（視覚の）に由来し、ラテン語 opticus を経て、フランス語 optique または直接ラテン語から英語の optic が生まれた。その後、形容詞 optic に接尾辞 -al と -ly が付加されて副詞となった。
Analysis
